After purchasing on Etsy, go to the Customer Login page and click "Sign Up." Enter your Etsy order number, your email, and choose a password — you'll get instant access to the pattern library.
It's on your Etsy receipt / order confirmation email, usually a string of numbers near the top of the order details.
One account already gives you access to every current and future pattern in the library, so you only need to sign up once, even if you buy more listings later.
Since patterns are downloadable digital files, we're unable to offer refunds once your account has access to the library. See our Terms of Service for details.
Yes — you can sell finished, handmade items made from our patterns. You may not resell or redistribute the pattern files themselves, or claim the written pattern as your own design.
No worries — just go to the Contact Us page and send us your account email. We'll verify your order and get your access sorted out quickly.
Yes! Every pattern we add to the library in the future is included in your existing account at no extra cost.
Try downloading again from your account's Download History page. If it still doesn't work, contact us with your account email and we'll sort it out.
