All patterns sold through StitchNest are digital, downloadable products (PDF files). Because these files can be downloaded, saved, and printed immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a pattern has been made available for download or once your account has been granted access to the library. By purchasing and creating an account, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your patterns, contact us before requesting a refund — we're happy to help resolve access issues.
Access to the pattern library is granted per Etsy order and tied to the order number, email, and password you provide at signup. Each order number may only be used to create one account. Sharing your login credentials, or your downloaded pattern files, with people who have not purchased them is not permitted.
When you purchase a pattern, you receive a license to use that pattern to make finished items for personal use or for sale in small quantities (handmade, not mass-manufactured). You may not resell, redistribute, or share the PDF pattern files themselves, and you may not claim the written pattern as your own design.
We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate any account found to be sharing login credentials, redistributing pattern files, or otherwise violating these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of your account after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
